3 AI Tools Creators Wish Existed in 2025
Discover how these ideas could save you hours each week.
Hey there! It’s Aaron.

Welcome to another year of chasing dreams, hitting goals, and, let’s be real, probably spending a little too much time figuring out what AI can (and can’t) do for us.
This year, we’re not just talking about resolutions; we’re tackling the bottlenecks that slow us down as creators.
Because if 2025 is going to be our most productive year yet, we need to start by cutting out the noise and reclaiming our time.
Let’s kick things off with three AI-powered ideas that could actually save you hours each week.
Here’s what we are serving in today’s Big Bytes:
📌TL;DR

CATCH OF THE DAY
3 AI Tools We Wish Existed
Many content creators find themselves spending a significant portion of their time (often estimated to be around 10 to 15 hours per week) on admin tasks.
These unglamorous duties, which include everything from invoicing to managing emails, don’t generate clicks or followers but are essential for maintaining their creative businesses.

Source: Hubspot
After reading a HubSpot article on untapped AI opportunities, I realized that while AI is revolutionizing a lot, some of our most time-sucking challenges still haven’t gotten the memo.
As creators, we’re juggling editing marathons, email chaos, and the never-ending quest to stay ahead of trends.
So can AI step up its game and give us back our time?
Here are three problems we are waiting AI to tackle:
#1 Finding Video Footage Without the Guesswork
The Problem:
You’re editing your latest webinar and need the clip where you nailed the perfect “aha!” moment.
But now it’s lost in the abyss of 10 hours of raw footage.

And you got to scrub through hours of footage to find what you are looking for.
Sound familiar?
Well existing tools like Google Photos and Apple Photos can do basic tagging but can’t distinguish “peak enthusiasm” from “meh.”
The big idea:
We need an AI that is able to tag videos by emotions, objects, and phrases.
Imagine saying, “Find the clip where I geeked out over Feature X,” and—bam!… it’s there.
For creators, this is gold.
Whether you’re making tutorials, short films, or brand reels, this tool could save hours of mindless scrubbing.
Trust me, I’ve spent too many late nights scrubbing through hours of footage wishing for an AI magic wand.
#2 Emails That Actually Prioritize What Matters
The Problem:
Your inbox is a war zone of sponsorship deals, client pitches, and random “Hi, check out my blog!” messages.

Meanwhile, that $5,000 collaboration offer you’ve been waiting for?
Yeah, it’s chilling on page 5.
Tools like SaneBox is decent for sorting but misses the contextual magic.
The big idea:
What if there's an AI email system that knows your priorities, like categorizing “Brand Deals,” “Collabs,” or “Fan Outreach” without breaking a sweat.
Oh, and it flags the time-sensitive gems so you don’t miss your next big opportunity.
Inbox zero might still be a myth, but this would get us closer.
#3 Cutting Through the Content Overload
The Problem:
Between newsletters, must-watch tutorials, and TikTok trends, it feels like keeping up is a full-time job.

Well spoiler alert… spending 3 hours a day on “research” doesn’t leave much time for creating.
There are tools like Feedly and Jellypod out there but they only focus on specific functions.
Feedly: Great for curating articles but don’t summarize across formats.
Jellypod: Turns newsletters into podcasts but doesn’t cover video or social media.
The Big Idea:
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there is an AI-powered digest that delivers a bite-sized brief every morning, that spotlights:
Key takeaways from newsletters and industry trends.
Summaries of YouTube tutorials (because who has 20 minutes to “learn Canva hacks”?).
Tailored insights to help you create smarter, not harder.
This is a no-brainer for creators.
Wait a minute… Bytesize Quest Academy (BSQA) Newsletter already exists!
The solution was there all along! 😏
Jokes aside, having something that cuts down on research time would really benefit even newsletters like BSQA.
The Final Byte
Every minute wasted hunting for a clip, sorting emails, or wading through content overload is a minute you’re not doing what you do best: playing with your cat, crafting your next viral reel, polishing your portfolio, or simply taking a breather to recharge.
While existing AI tools help, there’s still a lot of room for innovation.
The good news?
We’re closer than ever to seeing these solutions become reality.
And until then, we can keep dreaming, tinkering, or, let’s be real, venting about it over coffee.
What’s the one tool you wish existed to make your creative life easier?
Drop a comment with your biggest workflow frustration… bonus points if it’s something hilariously specific.
Let’s see if AI can solve it!
See you in the next one,

These AI personas will have bios, profile pictures, and content-generation capabilities, aiming to drive engagement across platforms.
The Big Deal: While promising fun and utility, critics warn about risks like amplifying false narratives and diluting the platform’s authenticity.
With text-to-video tools on the horizon, Meta’s vision raises big questions about the balance between innovation and safeguards.

The Big Deal: While students gain personalized learning and more time for life-skills workshops, critics warn that AI can’t replicate the mentorship and emotional support of human teachers.
A bold experiment with big implications for education.
Instagram’s new AI video editing tools, expected in 2025, will let users modify nearly any video aspect (outfits, locations, or appearances) using simple text prompts.
The Big Deal: Powered by Meta's Movie Gen AI model, these tools could democratize video editing, sparking creativity without third-party apps like CapCut.
However, concerns over deepfakes and misinformation raise questions about the authenticity of content in an AI-dominated feed.
